Couple Retreat FAQ
- Will there be child-minding services?
We love that you’re planning a getaway together! However, child-minding services will not be provided during the retreat. We encourage couples to make the necessary arrangements for their children so they can fully enjoy the retreat together. - Can I request for an extra room?
Yes! If you require an extra room, you may request one at an additional cost. We will do our best to arrange a connecting room where possible, but please note that this will be subject to room availability and the hotel’s discretion. - Can I cancel/refund my registration?
We encourage you to register only when you’re able to commit to the programme, as cancellations and refunds will not be allowed once registration is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding! - Will there be transportation provided?
Transportation to and from Amari Hotel, Johor Bahru will not be provided. Couples are kindly asked to make their own travel arrangements and arrive at the hotel by the start of the programme.
